I normally check my email account several times a day, so send me an email, if that feels better for you.  We’ll probably need to establish an email contact anyway, so that I can send you listings or communicate on other things.

This will allow you to define the criteria that you have for a home and put you on an automated system that will send you an email anytime that a new listing comes on the MultiList Service (MLS) that meets your criteria. You will  quite literally be one of the first to know about that listing.
